Renova Technologies is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shockwave. Renova locates at partner sites to upcycle eggshells into:

1. Membrane rich in collagen (Type I, V, X), protein, and amino acids

2. Calcium carbonate

The membrane has beneficial applications as a food ingredient, a nutraceutical for joint health, and as a cosmeceutical in anti-aging. Calcium carbonate has applications as a food ingredient, soil conditioner, and as abrasive and filler material.

Renova’s process technology will mitigate high pathogen eggshell disposal to landfills and land application. We strive to engage with new Egg Breaker partners to eliminate this environmental impact, disposal expense, and create valued products.
